Evaluating concepts, benchmarking service quality and prioritizing new offerings for Bolt’s new delivery service.

  • Partnered with Data Science to redefine the “Meeting Join Success” OKR for Microsoft Teams. Identified flaws in existing usage data and introduced behavioral “success” buckets; prevented the removal of critical pre-join features.

  • Championed a “social/emotional jobs” framework through long-term foundational research, identifying and proposing new features which were implemented.

  • Established rapid iterative testing and evaluation (RITE) protocols and owned new UX quality processes to improve delivery across key user flows.

  • Managed a global customer-panel program, increasing stakeholder engagement and monthly sessions in the program by 50% through new recruitment strategies and user-segment expansion (e.g. small business)
